Terms & Conditions

Please read all the following terms and conditions before renting the equipment.

A deposit of PHP 4,000 for each item of equipment including Strollers, Baby Cot and Car Seats.

A deposit of PHP 1500 for each of the small items that’s included in our website.

Rental equipment should only be used on Palawan main island and not by way of example on Coron, Culion, Cuyo, etc. Please be mindful of your travel locations and make sure to check with us before making a booking whether we cover all of these.

Whether made in cash, bank transfer or Gcash, payment will be collected before or upon delivery of the specific equipmentGrab & Go rentals will not be held responsible for any damages, injury or loss including death, arising from the use of any rental equipment or the failure of the equipment to function properly.

If the equipment is lost, damaged or destroyed, the customer shall pay the full replacement value based on the most recent Grab & Go listed price.

The customer agrees to return all rented equipment to Grab & Go rentals in the same condition the customer received it. Failure to do so will result in a PHP 1500 - 3000 fee for extra cleaning depending on the item. Examples of where strollers would be considered excessively dirty would include (but are not limited to) where they are returned with stuck-on chewing gum, crayon markings, paint, arts and craft glue, marker, pen ink, dried food and beverage, vomit or diaper blowouts.

The customer must inform Grab & Go Rentals of any request to an extension to the agreed rental period a minimum of three days prior to the expire of the agreed rental period. Extensions will be granted at Grab & Go Rentals’ discretion.

Customer shall disclose the exact itinerary of locations where the equipment will be traveling to during the rental term.

Cancellation must be 5 days before the booking date. If cancellation less than 5 days prior to the agreed commencement of the rental period regardless of the reason, Grab & Go will retain 50% deposit sum.

Equipment rented for a month or longer will be given a discretionary discount. Please enquire for further information on this.
